Isn't $60,000 different in California or New York than some other state. Is the $60,000 for a family of four for all states.

Also, would one be eligible if they do earn over $60,000 for a family of four, but theyr'e in enormous debt?

Thanks.

The $60,000 is just a guideline to get the right type of applicants interested really. If you have a higher income, but with significant debt for whatever reasons, then QB would still consider you. Geographic area is important as well. The cost of living in NY or Boston versus somewhere in Montana or Idaho certainly explains a relatively higher income in the two former locations. $60,000 in a rural area goes a lot farther than in a metropolitan, and QB knows that.

Thanks, I’m going to look into it for my friend.
