Is anyone gonna do it?? Or does anyone reccommend it? any opinions? .... i'm considering it but don't really wanna live in Mt. Vernon

I got asked if I wanted to be part of their all women in pre-med. They said that you had to apply for it, but the funny thing is that I didn't. Instead, I applied to their honors program. So I'm confused if they messed up or something. I'm going to call come Monday morning. Anyways, I'm not planning on doing it. It doesn't sound that appealing to me. I feel like if I'm going to GW, i better be living in the city. Congratulations to you!

Leadership program also send out invites to highly motivated/top female applicants.

I applied for it, and got accepted. (international politis or something like that) If I get to go to GWU, I'll definitely do it. It seems like a terrific opportunity, and also good for resume :P

I was accepted, too, even though I only applied to the liberal arts college. They said I was a strong candidate for the International Arts and Culture program, and I was wondering if anyone with first hand experience could tell me about it. It sounds awesome, but I'm trying to decide between NYU and GWU. Help please!

Don't live on the Mount Vernon Campus...no matter what. I lived there this year and it SUCKS!

Hi Lakergurl01

Could you please elaborate, particularly, what are the differences between Foggy Bottom and Mt. Vernon? Also, if I attend GWU, I might be able to commute instead of having to live on campus.

Would you know of anyone who is in the Elizabeth Somers program? What are their thoughts?
