Email to admissions counsler or general admissions

Hi so a few days ago I sent an email with questions to my admissions counsler for Lehigh and did not get a response. Should I now send the email to the general admissions@lehigh.edu.

Wait about 2 weeks from when you sent the email. When I emailed admissions consolers, only about 1/2 replied with anything. My Lehigh admissions counsler never replied, even after 2 emails. It may not be possible to get a response.

if the questions were ones that could be answered on the website the email would likely be ignored.

It’s the summer. The counselor may also be on vacation. Wait.

So I could I send one to the general admissions office?

Do you have a pressing questions that needs to be answered right now? If the answer is no, then wait.

Ok thanks for the help

And just wondering what is the process for setting up a regional interview because I can’t find out how to on the website

When my daughter applied last year, she was contacted in the Fall by admissions to set up the regional interview. They waited until her entire application was submitted. Then in the winter, she got a couple of invites to apply for some scholarship opportunities. All the contact was initiated by the university.

Ok thanks!
