<p>I am an international student and have submitted my application to Vassar in late December.. but I have not received any email from them until now (except when they have received my payment)... did anyone receive any email from them about your application status? thanks..</p>

<p>I'm an international, and I didn't get anything (I also applied around the same time as you). I'm assuming it's because I downloaded the application, and therefore didn't have the reply postcard that is supplied with the traditional paper application. I didn't even recieve an email about my payment, although I did email them myself to ask if my application had been recieved (to which I recieved a nice reply), and they've contacted my school as well...</p>

<p>But Vassar seem to be far quieter than any of the other colleges I've applied to.</p>

<p>They don't email or mail anything about your app status (unless something is missing, I think).</p>

<p>i'm an international here. didn't receive anything except an e-mail saying that they hadn't received my SAT2 scores. nyway. i know its a bit late, but lets have a last minute international chain for vassar. what say?</p>

<p>For int'l applicants to Vassar, the most important factor is standardized test scores, according to an admission officer.</p>

<p>As mentioned in the RD Decision thread, internationals have started to have emailed decisions sent out.</p>
