I had some questions about majors and admissions to UT Austin, so I looked at their contact info and found my undergraduate counselor for UT. I am in high school and interested in going there, but I have a few questions. I was wondering how I should email her so I make a good first impression.

Are you asking how to phrase your email? When I have had to email reps I usually state my name and school I attend first. Then I would mention that you are interested in applying but you have a few questions first. I am sure they will be happy to answer them! Just remember though they might take awhile to get back to you right now as they’re in the middle of going through applications. Good luck!
