<p>Originally, I asked to remain on until the end of August, but then I thought they might be more likely to offer conditional transfer over regular admission if I stayed on longer (probably overthinking), so I recently changed the date to June 20th</p>
<p>and to little JC, when I accepted my position on the WL online, they asked if there was any additional information I had for the committee</p>
<p>I just got a phone call! Im in!! VERY excited!</p>
<p>Congrats to IBathlete and sriracha! D was also accepted off the WL. Let’s hope more people on this thread get some good news.</p>

What letters do your last names begin with? If its true they are doing it by individual counselor’s (which for the waitlist are done by last name) I hope they haven’t admitted any last name G’s yet! :)</p>

Is it also possible to know what you guys did after being waitlisted? I am DYING because Emory is absolutely my FIRST CHOICE. I’ve sent emails to my admissions counselor but no reply, so I don’t know what else I could possibly do.</p>

<p>My last name starts with an M. As for what i did, i sent them a letter by email saying why i wanted to attend, then emailed them again updating them about my extra achievements. Also i had my date of when i wanted to know by at may 2nd, but i changed it 2 days ago to may 15th thanks to bestmemories suggestion! so i owe her one lol. Though i suggest sending in a letter saying why you would like to attend, it really helps.</p>
