Which of the two school do you think is harder to get into?

They’re similar imo, but CC people will tell you Emory, especially if you’re in-state.

what are cc people?

I think Gtech is the harder school. Gtech engineering (EE, CE) & Comp Sci are all extremely difficult.

emory is harder to get into. ga tech is very good for engineering/comp sci but thats about it. emory is great for sciences/business/law. in ga, top 3 colleges are: 1)emory 2)ga tech 3)uga.
if you go to tech and decide you don’t want to do engineering, you are pretty much screwed because all other majors are not that strong. if you go to emory, you have choices. also, emory partnered with tech for the biomedical engeneering which is currently ranked #2 in the nation

it kinda depends what you’re into. If you go to emory to major in engineering then you’re crazy, but georgia tech doesn’t have much of a liberal arts program. Both are great schools and eyebrow raisers in their given fields.

Thanks for the replies

It seems Georgia Tech is harder is if you are applying for Engineering but only if you are applying for engineering. Otherwise Emory seems harder.
