Does anyone happen to know if the admission committee will still look at the music supplement that I submitted tonight? If I call them to inform the submission will they be able to review itand factor that into decision? Thanks!!
@anika839 could you tell me abt what the office says after you call plz? My mid year grades weren’t sent I either cuz my school finalized the grades last friday.
@yowickedsickdude ofc! everyone’s situation may be different but i’ll def let you know what they say! i would also recommend you giving them a call too, since again, every applicant is in a different situation and the response may not be the same!
@lividcreations ahh ok thank you again! im so nervous… my mid year report is essentially the same as all my other grades so i dont think it would make a huge difference. but in just worried rhat having an incomplete application at this point will affect me negatively, because it shows admissions that i am disorganized and dont rly care about emory that much, which is so very wrong! absolutely love the school 
i was also feeling rly positive about emory up until this point… guess we’ll see how the call goes today!
*UPDATE: so i made the call and the lady said that i should not change my admission plan, and that not sending in the mid-year reports has not hurt me in the admissions process! she advised to send it in asap and was very very nice about it. im not sure if she’s just trolling me at this point but i rly hope that i receive good news on wednesday! ahh
Did the lady ever mention that the admission decisions are done at this point? Or are they still working on finalizing them? I request to get my transcript sent yesterday and did not really want them to see my mid-year report…

Hey guys, I just got an email with all my financial aid info? Does that mean I’ve been accepted? Is there a glitch with the system? Help.
It would be great to know if anyone is well versed with the college financial aid office process whether or not it is processed after the office of admissions sends the list of admitted students to the financial aid office or alongside the decision makers?
@ZJhof1 you’re in! Is this for all ED2? If you haven’t gotten one does that mean rejection
I contacted the admissions office and inquired about such notifications. They weren’t sure as to why these emails are being sent. But the office firmly stated that ed2 decisions will only be coming out tomorrow at 6pm ET. (If that does in fact mean you’re in then congrats!)

Why are there so few posts on CC much less than even last year?
Last year’s Emory ED1 thread got like 760 replies but this year only has like 100 sth…What happened to Emory’s reputation. Is it still seen as on par with Vandy? There are like so many active people on Vandy’s ED 2 thread but like almost no one here…Anyways…nervous to find out the result but a bit worried about Emory’s reputation.
I’m extremely worried because they already accepted about 1/3 of the ppl they plan to admit in ED1!! Apparently there are about 1300+ ppl applying ED2 (which is about the same as that of ED1) and I’m very very very worried because they might not admit a lot of people…
This CC thread really doesn’t have a lot of posts, even compared to the 2021 ED1 thread. I’m mainly worried because I have heard their ed2 admit rate is lower… but I have faith so we’ll see!
Also, ECAS received about 1200 apps and Oxford received about 700.
