I had posted this in the Emory section but the answers will always be biased
so I will post this in the Notre Dame section too.

I am deciding on which to go to Emory or University of Notre Dame. I plan on doing pre med but I have been looking and looking and I just can't seem to find an answer.

Does anyone know which pre med program is better?

Which one has a higher med school acceptance rate?

Hey key first of all congrats on these two acceptances. I’m no expert on med school admissions but I’d say you’d be in a good position either way.

Notre Dame said “The medical school acceptance rate of the University’s preprofessional studies graduates is 75 percent” and you can see Emory’s rate below. Remember though that all of our plans are likely to change before the end of college, so it might be unwise to pick a school only based on the strength of it’s premed program. Either way, I imagine if you maintain a strong GPA and get good MCAT scores getting into med school shouldn’t be the end of the world.
