<p>i took ap lang and passed the exam with a 3, but i dual enrolled this year for enc 1101. The woman at the dual enrollment office said it would go for enc 1102. So, my question is do i have to take enc 1102 when i technically took enc 1101 twice?</p>

<p>Check with your school advisor, but likely not. A 3 on your AP score will equal ENC 1101, but you normally need a 4 to get credit for both ENC 1101 and 1102. DE for ENC 1101 will only give you credit for ENC 1101.</p>
<p>English is a bit strange, so check with your school advisor. If you’ve already been accepted to a college, check with them and not your high school (as different colleges, say public vs. private, may have different policies). </p>
