Engineering at Temple University

So, last week I was accepted to Temple University as an Electrical Engineering major. Temple has been of interest to me for the past few years and I really like the school. :D On paper it's on of my top choices. (I haven't visited anywhere yet.) The price tag is also very attractive (It's public and I'm in state)

I've liked and been interested in engineering for a few years now and I figured I might as well start it as a freshmen and if I don't like it I can transfer to something with a less rigid course schedule.
Do you think that Temple has a good undergrad engineering program?

Temple’s engineering program doesn’t have the same reputation as other Pennsylvania schools such as Lehigh or even Bucknell. On the other hand, Temple is a large state school so you have a better chance at changing majors.

What kind of advice is that? You might as well have said ‘just shoot yourself because you didn’t get in toe Lehigh or Bucknell.’

Sophistry, you’ll do fine at Temple.

Lake, you took what I wrote out of context. The second statement was only in reference to him possibly changing his major in the future.
