<p>Hey</p>

<p>I got invited to the UCLA Engineering Open House this year and I was just wondering if this is any indicator of whether or not I'm going to be accepted. How has it panned out for people invited in previous years? The email says that my application is "highly competitive" but they can't say anything about the actual application process.</p>

<p>The date for the open house is after admissions, so I'm thinking that this means I have a bit of a chance? I'm not quite sure though, what do you think?</p>
