Enough E.C.'s?

I'm a Junior this year and I want to know if I'm doing enough and if I am "well-rounded" enough or too "well-rounded." Thanks! By the way- my school ends at 5pm every day, so I do less than I probably could under regular circumstances.

This Year:
Chinese Club (11) - I'm not chinese, by the way. Or asian.
Science Research Program (11)
Choir (9, 10, 11)
Hockey (9, 10, 11)
School Newspaper (9, 10, 11)
Translation Club (11) - Founder and Editor
School Magazine (9, 10, 11) - Editor
Math Team (10, 11)
Creative Writing Program outside of school (11)
Possibly Quiz Bowl (11)

Past E.C.'s: Debate Team (10), Art Club (10), School Drumming Team (9), Tutoring Middle School Students (10), and I've taken piano lessons for 10 years.

Summer: Camper at an all-girls sleepaway camp in Maine (9), took Advanced Creative Writing at Columbia University (10), and either: CIT at sleepaway camp, another writing program, a science/math program, AND I'm working at a lab this summer (the science research program finds lab placements for the summer).

Thanks!

im not sure if elite colleges (like HYPSM) are looking for well rounded applicants. Granted, one needs ECs; however, there should be a focus for your ECs. They should tell a story about you especially the ones that you spend a lot of time in. So i guess im saying, quality over quantity especially if your ECs are all "member of a, member of b, member of c". anyway, gl

Does that mean you think the stuff I'm doing is low quality? We don't really get positions in clubs till senior year.

And are my summer plans okay? Is it okay for me to be a CIT at my sleepaway camp this summer instead of doing something like TASP, for example? I'm aiming for UPenn/Columbia/Williams.

My courses this year are:
English (we're not tracked)
AP Stat
APUSH
Honors 4th Year French
Accelerated Physics
5 Religious Studies Classes (I go to a parochial school)
Art & Gym & Health

note: We're not allowed to take AP classes Junior year under normal circumstances. I'm taking AP Stat because I took Honors Precalc last year (AP Calc BC is next year) and I'm taking APUSH because my teacher decided on his own to prepare us for it if we get a high enough grade.
