<p>I'm a little confused because I baaaarrrely got a letter in the mail thursday about how I have to take the placement exams and what test center to report to but I just heard from someone in my school that they found out about having to take the exam a very long time ago. Why did I get my letter so late? I barely have 3 days now to complain about how the testing center they gave is too far away from my house. Anybody else find out extremely late like me or did many of you find about a long time ago like my friend through an email (I never got that!)? Any help is appreciated.</p>

<p>I never got anything from Berkeley in my email (unless I deleted it by accident). I usually never delete stuff from my email so I wonder why I got mine my snail mail. Anyone else in the same boat as me? There is also a testing center that is 10 miles from my house but they sent to somewhere 40 miles away. Could it be possible that there was no room in the close site? Should I call them and yell at them? According to the letter I got barely 4 days ago, I have 2 more days to call their hotline. Any feedback is appreciated.</p>
<p>Don't panic, several of my friends just received the letter last week.</p>
<p>Call them and explain how difficult it will be to you if you have to take the test at a center that is 40 miles away.</p>
<p>I haven't gotten any notice about the placement exam, and I'm positive that I need to take it :S</p>
<p>When I submitted my SIR there was a link for the placement exam right after the SLR.</p>
