A student I know wants to take an online physics course over the summer as a warmup for AP Physics C, which at her school is murderously hard. She's thinking about EPGY's P10 A and B. Her goal is to be really solid with her fundamental physics concepts. Will these courses get her there? Is there a better option? (CTY's course is session-based, and she'd rather have a flexible start time.) She's not a good self-studier, but thinks she will do all right online. Thanks.

EPGY, from what I've heard, would be solid. Another resource I've heard of is Thinkwell.com - very reasonably priced and very flexible since you set your own schedule. If she WERE a good self-studier, the physics (full video)lectures on MIT OpenCourseWare are great, and the site provides reading assignments, problems/exams and solutions, I believe.

Thanks!
Has anyone taken the EPGY course who can comment on the quality?
There was a negative comment on the EPGY Multivar. Calc. course on another thread.
