however my aid was determined for on campus
will they find out if i just leave it at this?
and if i were to be indicated as off campus would i get less aid?

you might get an audit where they will ask you to verify it by asking you to submit proof of the housing agreement. they say the audit is random but i’ve had to submit every year. personally, i would leave it as is. they will adjust it if they found out. just say you didn’t know better if they ask you.

if you’re planning on living in westwood you will be able to cover it if you have a roommate. otherwise you’re going to have to get something farther away from campus. do a quick search on craigslist or on [UCLA CHO website](http://www.cho.ucla.edu) to get an idea of the housing market.
