<p>is choosing your own quotation to write about a bad thing...like a disadvantage or anything ?</p>

<p>and..."Genius is one percent inspiration and ninety-nine percent perspiration" ..is that too cliche-ish/overused to write about? </p>

<p>it kind of epitomizes all my values and my work ethic and everything .....but i don't want it to seem too "cliche-ish"</p>

<p>it is a pretty cliche topic, but if it's important to you, by all means write on it.</p>

<p>contra, i wouldn't say it's too cliche. If it ties your essay and app together, dun worry about it.</p>
