Ethically correct to put end of junior yr clubs on app?

I am a junior and, with exactly 1/4 of the school year left, I got a really great idea for a club that I'm going to start with some of my friends. Would it be ethically wrong for me to put that I was president in junior year and not JUST senior year on my app as long as I actually do stuff in that club? (I don't mean falsifying hours spent on that EC or anything like that, just simply my membership/position in the club for junior year.) That is, even though there's only 25% of the school year left, I'm definitely going to put all my energy and effort into that activity that I can--it's not just going to be some trivial sideline matter until senior year starts--so I'm not sure if it qualifies as a 'junior year' club leadership or not.

Pardon my bad English, I am from China.

Yeah, that seems fine. As long as you are putting effort into it for the duration of its course and don’t intend to quit on it as soon as you send your apps out.

You guys worry too much about ethics on here.
Do what you gotta do to get into the colleges you wanna get into.

i agree my nigs
