Even Though I Should Know The Answer To This, Please Help

So a school that I'm interested in applying to has rolling admissions and says the following:
"For fall term, the review of applications begins on October 1 and continues until all spaces are filled".

Does that mean if I don't get my application in by october 1, I'm in trouble? Please someone help me out even though I should know what this means. Thanks!

Thats when reviews start, they will keep taking them in until all spots are filled. So if you don't get it in by Oct 1st, no worries. Just get it in by a reasonable time. Reasonable being by Feb./Maybe March depending how competitive it is.

Some say it is easier to get in if its turned early because there isn't as many people submitting quite yet. I don't know if thats true.

It means that you can send it in before October 1 bu they wont start looking at it until October. If i were you, I would send it before October 1. I believe that if you send it in afterwards you have a less likely chance of being accepted since it's rolling admissions.

Good Luck!

Send it in early!!!

Thanks. It's definitely not a highly competitive school, and I'm well above their average gpa/ACT score, so if I don't get it in until like November 1, do you think that'll really hurt my chances? I should add it's also a really small school.

Nov. 1 shouldn't be a problem. With all the rollings that I'm aware of, it's only gets close to being a problem come late Dec./early Jan.

Just get it in as early as possible for yourself- the sooner in, the sooner a response.

If you turn it in in October, you won't have as much competition. If you wait until December, the wave of applications will have begun, and you will be competing for a decreasing number of admissions spots.

Find the time to do the application before November 1st.
