Every sailor to get PT uniforms, CNO says

<p>This reminds me of a story I was told by a friend of mine who was the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction during the Haiti Operations during the early '90s. One morning, during PT, he was approached by an Army General who asked him why he wasn't wearing his PT uniform. His response "I am wearing my PT uniform, sir." :D</p>
