ha ha, does it come in other ranks besides 2/c midn?
that's hilarious!!!!!

Nobody enters service academies to serve their country, anyway! It's all about the uniform!

Yep especially when choosing between USNA and USAFA - nobody wants to wear a blue bus driver uniform :)

I don't think the model could pass the PRT even if she changed shoes! :)

She should get a few more bracelets for her left wrist, I think.

Ha! Now that's funny.

Now I won't have to worry about how no guys ever look at a female mid... if Ralph Lauren thinks the uniforms are high fashion, then those uniforms must look sexy :-P

the price for the jacket is 159$....hmmmm wonder if that's cheaper than our mids are charged! Maybe the USNavy can save some money if they use Ralph Lauren next time as their distributor!! :-)

^^^^^
The official Navy uniforms use a wool blend fabric. I am fairly confident that a cotton fabric would not meets the Navy's specifications. As usual, you get what you pay for. $159 for a cheap knockoff is not a good deal.

Yes, GA, but they throw in a complimentary 6 dozen bracelets. Now that's a bargain.

good fashion stands the test of time-
seems to me that not only have the service academies exceeded that standard, they have set it- that others follow it only cements the point!

ps... to this day, the gray cape coats worn by USMA are hand-sewn in the USofA- made specifically for the cadets- today as they have been done for decades! Imagine!!! I would give anything to have one garment last more than 2 seasons!!!
