Yesterday, I got my application tracker. I was so pleased at how detailed the summary was and everything looked correct. Everything, that is, but my midyear grades. It told me that they were received on January 19, which is impossible considering my guidance counselor mailed them out on Thursday. Should I call Mac and ask about it?

Also...my mom forgot to send something supplemental I wanted to include with my application...do you think if I sent it now, they'd still consider?

I think Jan 19th is kind of a random date they used for a lot of things....

It says they received my AP scores on the 19th, but that doesn't make sense because 1.) i don't remember sending them my AP scores, and 2.) if i did, it was when i TOOK the tests, either spring 2007 or spring 2008. I don't think they would be receiving them this late.

They might have gotten your AP scores from your transcripts. I'm pretty sure that's how they got mine.

Just send them an email or call about sending in the supplement, they'll be able to tell you. I'd wait off on asking them about your midyear report.

If you're having problems just call them. My app wasn't going through soon after I submitted it in November. I couldn't figure out why, so I called them and they said my grades for the Harvard Class I was taking were absent. I explained to them that I didn't have a grade for that class and just like that the little green arrow on my common app personal page appeared.
