<p>Congratulations, I was the same exact way. Since I have dial-up the computer was taking forever to load up the page with congratulations and when it went on I was in complete shock. Absolute shock.</p>

I was deferred and then accepted... This is a dream come true!</p>

<p>kaseyditz--- I thought I was the only one in the world who got waitlisted at Hopkins and JHU, but I guess I was wrong! So yay for both of our waitlists and special yay for acceptance.</p>

<p>kaesyditz, oops on the typo, I meant WashU and JHU, not 2x Hopkins. My brain is elsewhere. I have yet to visit Penn, so i'm going next week for the admitted student program... we'll see, it will be a tough choice between Penn and UChicago.</p>

<p>haha, JHU and WashU just don't have their brains in the right places these days... I think I got waitlisted at both places because I had really not shown any prior interest in either of the schools before I applied, which seems to be a big deal for both of them.</p>
