Expulsion Senior Year?

So basically I might be expelled in my senior year of high school with 2 months left until graduation...

The Story: I go to a private school and was involved in a fight on campus. Some of my friends came to "back me up" when we were making up and one of them flashed a knife. Noone was hurt luckily and the knife was put away soon after but it was all caught on CCTV so yeah... I apologized and everything but not sure as to whether I am expelled or not.

So..

In the event I do get expelled, what can I do? I was accepted to multiple colleges already so it would really be a shame. I can't go to my zoned local public high school because they don't accept students that were expelled. How would I go about obtaining a GED, Alternative High School etc. ?

I know what I did was wrong so no lectures please. It was my first offense as well.

You’ll probably end up having to get your GED and going to another school. Possibly community college.

All your acceptances will, of course, be rescinded.

jklee: all isn’t lost. You should immediately contact the schools, come clean, present written reports of needed. Don’t make excuses. And hope. If they are willing, they will be seeing if you are mature and taking responsibility or are a hothead.

After all, you’ll be a paying customer and not everyone will turn that down

Good luck to you
