<p>No, he's not too late. Yes, a supplementary essay is good. I did one tying in a trip to Dartmouth with the reasons I want to go there and how it would be perfect for me, and I consider it my hook...I got a likely letter. THere should be a regional rep he can contact, too. He should ask. My regional rep gave me an interview.</p>
