Are the fees charged for laundry service, housing form submission, etc. included in the FinAid package? I hope the nickel-and-diming is all included in the FA plan.

there is no laundry service...sorry to break it to you. and i find it doubtful something so unnecessary as that would be included.

The laundry service I mentioned was the simply the ability to use the washing machines--because the machines don't take quarters, I'm told.

oh, haha, yeah that exists...i have no idea about FA though.

Do they charge you for stuff like coffee-machines and using the intra-university bus service???

How much is it to join a gym?

You get a free bus pass if you don't bring a car.

They don't even provide you with coffee machines. Buy your own.

NO COFFEE MACHINES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Life took a detour for the worse for me...hahaha

Litagee.
i heard thy give u a free personal trainer with membership...so even if its highly priced, u have reason to join

personal trainer?

thats what someone said in an earlier thread

it's like $180 a year for the gym litagee with a personal trainer... not sure if it's exactly 180, it's somewhere around there though.

whattt??? Only $180 and you get a personal trainer. Are u kidding me thats awesome

Definitely is... At my gym it's $100 per month... I suspect it may be much more than $180 per year at Cornell...

Yeah, I've also read it on the website, so it's not just college confidential word of mouth.

yeah it's true, i will confirm that.

wowww thats sickkk. I've always wanted a trainer.

Can anyone direct me to the gym website? How many gyms are there at Cornell? Approx. how many trainers do you find at each?

It's pretty hard to believe that each person has a personal trainer. Especially if at least half the people at Cornell work out.
