Do I put my extracurricular involvement in my college admission application of my senior year? If I joined a club during my senior year first and second semester, do I put it in the college application? If you forget what clubs you were in, is there any way to find out what clubs you were in?

You can put senior year clubs in your application.

If you forgot what clubs you were in, think back and try to remember which ones you were in.

This is called a sr moment, but not the 17 yo kind of sr ;).

Yeah, you can put clubs joined from any year - but clubs joined your senior year will most likely not have nearly as much weight as extracurriculars that you’ve stuck through since freshman/sophomore year. But hey - if you have a legitimate interest in the club and are not just doing it for some last-minute app-padding, go for it!

If you forgot what club you were in, I would bet it’s not significant enough to put on your application and you probably spread yourself too thin. Instead of having 10 or so clubs that you barely spend any time in, you should have only a couple of clubs that you invest a lot of time and effort into. That being said, the only thing I can think of would be to check with officers/managers/leaders of clubs that you think you might have previously been in and ask them if they have any kind of attendance list, etc.

I agree with Rob1995. If you can’t remember it, it’s too inconsequential to mention. A laundry list of ECs does not help your application. At best it looks unfocused and at worst if looks like resume-padding and EC grubbing. Don’t bother.
