Extracurriculars-Are they "Exemplary" enough?

I am quite terrified as I look at the lists of "Exemplary" Extracurricular activities which would allow students to gain entrance to good colleges. The majority of them are impossible for a student like me- above average, but physically disabled (not enough to get scholarships but enough to be unable to excell in sports, etc.), possessing average resources and talents. The remainder are too far-fetched especially since I am now a senior in High School, applying to colleges in only a few months.
My school affiliated extracurriculars are:

-Anime/Asian Culture Club (Past president, likely president this year)
-Drama Club (No officer status, but I have been in 2 musicals, 2 other shows, and I am on the improv team. This year I will participate in 3 more shows plus improv.)
-Knowledge Bowl Club (President, and my team made it to preliminaries for playoffs in my region)
-2 years band, one in wind ensemble
-Varsity choir, 1 year
-Jazz choir and girl's barbershop, 1 year
-Previous membership in science club, gaming club

Do I have any chance at all, considering my activities are either very "mainstream", not at all academic, or both?

Thanks!

Out of 10 I give you like an 8…Awards would help too but you’ll be more than fine

Note: I am planning on studying acting and music, so at least I have EC’s that match my future plans…
Pieguy: the problem I have with the awards part is I am a Senior this year and I haven’t even had opportunities for awards. I mean I got Foreign Language dept. scholar for the month of October in my school, but nearly every student at my school gets some sort of dept. scholar award. Other than that I have not been able to get any awards.
