Eyebrow serums?

My eyebrows are really thinning. I found a highly rated serum, and it looks like the key ingredient is Castor Oil Seed. It’s on sale for $60 for3 months. I’m thinking maybe just using Castor Oil and save the money. Does anyone here use anything?

I’ve tried a couple serums and they do seem to work. Just yesterday I picked up the Grande Brow Enhancing Serum, since I’ve heard really good reviews of it and had a coupon, but before that I tried the Rapidlash Eyebrow Enhancing Serum. You have to use consistently and it can be pricey, but places in my brows that were hairless now have hair. I still use an eye pencil to fill in the gaps.

Several years ago I tried Castor oil, but 1) it smells bad and 2) it’s messy, so I wasn’t consistent in applying it, so I can’t tell you if it’s effective or not.

I thought my eyebrows were thinning. They weren’t. Just going grey and translucent and invisible as the result. Look into professional eyebrow tinting. I was stunned that mine were so thick after getting them tinted.

I know you’re not supposed to do this but I dye my hair and touch up my eyebrows at the same time (although for only a minute or two). Doesn’t last long but it does make a big difference.

Which one is it?

I do my brows with my hair dye, too, but leave on the whole processing time.

Why did you change setups if the rapidlash was working? I’m going to ULTA today to buy one.

I looked closely last night, they’ve fallen out, not grayed. Every damn year it’s something else and now I’ll need to use a serum every night. My evening and morning anti-aging routine is be becoming longer and longer, but as long as it works….

Haha I hear you conmama - my skincare routine has accelerated in the past few months and is now 4 steps morn and night. I’m going to check into the lash serum too…

I guess I am trying the Grande because of its better reviews/ratings and because I had a coupon? My Rapidlash Brow was empty so I needed to purchase something.

I was using the Rapidlash Brow 2x a day per the instructions but the Grande Brow’s instructions are 1x a day. Also, once the brows are regrown, Grande’s instructions say to use every other day to maintain.

And I hear you, seems like I’m now purchasing products I never thought about before, serums for under eye puffiness and neck creams, etc.

I’ve been using Grande Brow for a few months and it really works. I don’t usually spend a lot of money on beauty products, but this is worth it.

Is it better to use it in the morning or night?

If only using it once a day, I prefer to use it at night. But whatever works best with your routine.

I was looking at the Grande Brow, and found a huge difference in prices, then realized it’s likely because one is 8 weeks supply, and the other is four months. Wonder if it’s worth just trying the 8 week one, as you should know by that time if it’s going to work for you.

I have basically “half brows”. Fairly full in the inner half, non existent on the outer half. Maybe I could stretch the quantity used because I only need it on half the brow. It’s really annoying.

The 2 month supply is on sale at Ulta right now at 50% off. I’m going to do a before/after pic for you all and post in 3 months.

Just went to Ulta and don’t see Grande Brow on sale. Do you have a coupon code?

Yes, where did you get that deal? I found 10% off ordering direct from Grande

Just for men beard dye works great for brows, I have blond highlights, I have 2 blond daughters and 1 with brown hair, blond shade works well. I have lash gel that is effective and I’ve heard it works for brows too but haven’t tried it.

I buy the generic version of lastisse from a Canadian pharmacy for about $10 a month. I use it on my lashes and brows. It’s amazing. I also tint my brows myself every two weeks with a brow tint I buy on Amazon.
