<p>Couldn’t a W get you rescinded if it’s part of the admission requirement? OP, if it’s not a pre-req class, or even if it is but it’s not necessary to complete it, DEFINITELY take the W… but before you do ANYTHING, verify what’s kosher with the admission office.</p>

<p>Naw, ktb- I know the OP said that, but there’s something hinky about it. As you probably know, most CCs have a period where you can drop without a W, and then one where you can drop with a W. Unless their CC is on the quarter system, it’s VERY unlikely that the W period has passed. I’m hoping they will look into it again. </p>
<p>The W period generally lasts into early May at semester CCs. What CC do you go to, OP? Clear this up for us.</p>
<p>Actually my W period goes till early april…so maybe they started earlier than we did (we didnt start till jan 25)</p>
