UCSD / UCD Admission Rescinded?

I got accepted to UCSD and UCD a few weeks ago and their contracts said that I need to pass my Spring classes with grades of C or higher. I've been going to CC for 4 years and I have a 4.0 GPA with over 90 units. I've done IGETC, the "Golden 7", gotten on the Dean's List, etc.

However, this semester I did really bad and I'm pretty much going to get all C's and 1 F for this semester. That one F is for a class that's not listed on Assist.org, but it's related to my major (Computer Engineering).

The reason why I did so bad this semester was because of a couple of reasons, all of which kind of chained themselves to one another and then snowballed. My parents' relationship got a lot worse since late January (affair, talks of divorce, etc.) and this really affected me. I've also been suffering from social anxiety all my life, though it has never been officially diagnosed. I also signed up for a lot of STEM classes this semester, but I couldn't concentrate because I was stressed out. At times during this semester, I felt extremely depressed and just couldn't focus on school. Plus, I've also been feeling lethargic and ill throughout the semester. (I think my white blood cell count was kind of abnormal the last time I had my blood drawn, or something along those lines).

But, I don't know if UCs will care about all that and I can't really provide proof for those things.

Does anyone know what I can do at this point? Can I make a case to "redeem" myself during the summer or anything like that? Can anyone help me, please?

Better start contacting both schools and let them know about it. The sooner they know, the better they can work something out for you.

@Want2GetBetter‌ - it sounds like you are having a bad semester but only one class is a problem. Can’t you withdraw from that class. Explain your problem to the professor. Then you just have to get the UC to approve the W and from what I am reading people are dropping classes left and right and it is not a problem
