<p>What's the best way to send citizenship paperwork (i.e social security, passport) to UCSD in context of FAFSA/ scholarship eligibility?</p>

<p>Definitely phone ahead. Imagine being UCSD with 200 other kids like you all sending them random citizenship papers…it would quickly turn into a mess.</p>
