Do I need to complete a GPA verification form to receive a cal grant next year, or does Berkeley financial aid office due that automatically? i am already a cal student and i have completed the fafsa. is the fafsa all we have to do?

Are you currently a Cal student who has already received a Cal Grant? If so, you need to do nothing other than fill out a FAFSA. :-)

yes i am a current student. thanks for ur help. also, is it okay if our fafsa still says “will file” instead of “already filed”?

Yes it is alright if you have not filed your tax return. However, you must submit a FAFSA correction and change the status to filed once you have the official figures and have filed your tax return. If you do not do this, the Financial Aid Office will not finalize your package and you will only have an estimated package. Hope this helped!
