FAFSA - Foreign tax return Help

<p>I am currently completing the FAFSA application but I am a bit unsure as to what I should do regarding the tax information. My parents are not American citizens and we have lived abroad in Europe for the past three years. Will I have to somehow prove my parents' foreign tax returns or do I just input the data onto the web application? Or should I just select "Not going to file" regarding the tax returns.</p>
