FAFSA question-high schoool student with college credit

<p>Question 24 is about grade level in 2008-2009. 1st year never attended college vs. 1st year attended college. </p>

<p>There apparently is a difference for financial aid help.
Is anyone else having this problem? My daughter has college credits for taking a health class on her campus. It is listed on her HS transcript. Does this automatically mean that she is disqualified from listing herself as never having attended college? First time freshman apparently get more aid/attention?</p>

<p>No. She's a "never attended". They don't mean the occasional college course that high schoolers may have.</p>
