Fafsa - UCI

Does anyone know that if not filing Fafsa is a problem? I am hopefully transferring to UCI next fall and I know that some colleges don't allow you to apply for financial aid in the subsequent years in case you didn't apply for it in your first year. As of now I don't really need any aid, and probably wouldn't be given aid anyway, but who knows what the future holds for us...
Does anyone know what is UCI's policy on that?

Always fill out a fafsa and apply for financial aid. It’s free takes a hour and who know you might get extra spending money.

Honestly who can say no to a few thousands bucks…

If you really don’t want to fill one out, i believe you can fill a late one later if you want. However you won’t get priority funding and that basically means you just take out alot of loans vs getting grants
