fafsa...unsual circumstance..

im a us citizen but my parents are not..because i was born here in the states while my dad was studying abroad here from korea...so my parents pay tax to korean gov...
fafsa says this:
Foreign Tax Return

f you (and your spouse) or your parents filed (or will file) a foreign tax return, use the information from the foreign tax return to fill out this form. Convert all figures to U.S. dollars using the exchange rate that is in effect the day you complete the FAFSA.

so should i put information that is on korean tax return on fafsa ??

if that is what the instructions say, then i would have to say yes.

oh, by the way if you are 24 or older, only your tax information and not that of your parents is required on the fafsa.

just for your information.

anyone who was or is in my situation???

bump..........
