<p>So they processed my FAFSA already ( That was FAST!) and they said I was chosen for verification. If I didn't and won't be filing a tax return for last year then what else could they want? I get SSI so I have an automatic 0 EFC. I went to college 3 years ago and it was exactly the same situation as it is now. Just wondering what they may have to actually verify?</p>
<p>If you recieve SSI you would need to take your award letter to them.</p>

<p>Don't send anything until you are asked to do so. If the school does verify you, they will want a verification form that includes info necessary for the verification, your 2008 statement of benefits for SSI, and a nonfiler statement. They will provide everything you need. Just make sure you respond promptly to all requests for info.</p>
