<p>No, do not send anything unless UB asks for it. Each school selects the students they want to verify. Make sure you notify the other school that you will not be attending. As a courtesy, I would return the verification form with a note attached so FA there gets the message too (otherwise you’re likely to get repeated requests from them!),</p>
