Failing twice

English is my poor subject. I withdraw ENC1101 first time and I took it second got a grade of a “D”, which is a fail. I have to take it the third time.
Will that course affect me in the further study like when taking the transfer to the university? What should I do now?

Can’t say how it will effect you, but how do you plan to pass it on the third try? Do you seek your professor’s help in the class?

I am taking my third time class on this fall after august.

Is English your second language? If so, you may want to “back up” and take some ESOL classes. If English is your first language and you struggle, does your college have remedial classes? There is little point in continuing to repeat a class if you lack the foundation for the work required. I realize your question is a short post on the Internet, but I can identify multiple grammar mistakes in your brief post. Having a poor grade in an introductory English class can affect your changes for transfer and without strong reading and writing schools, you will continue to have trouble in college-level courses.

My major is not based on English, so will it still affect me?

Yes, because every major at an accredited school is going to require English and humanities classes, and even if you are a STEM major you will need to be able to communicate clearly. That is why colleges have admissions standards and placement tests based on both English and math.
