Anyone know anything about the engineering school at Fairfield? Know anyone who attended it? Is Fairfield great with helping students get internships?
Today is the day folks! TODAY! I wish you all good luck and I hope to see you there in Fairfield!

Daughter was deferred - so disappointed
Daughter accepted for nursing but even with 22k bellarmine scholarship, price is 46k. Endicott only 37500, St. A’s 34, Salve 35. UMass lowell 31 plus honors.
4.0 unweighted
Test optional
Sports, NHS, dance
We won’t qualify for financial aid after this year since we only qualified having 2 kids in college and fafsa won’t be taking that into consideration after next year
Sorry 4.0 weighted
I scored a 3.9 W and 3.5 UW and a 1320 superscore SAT, 710 English, and 610 Math. I was also 80/240 in my high school class. I was accepted into Dolan with a 22,000 scholarship. I think that an interview and visit are very important at Fairfield as my friend who had a higher GPA was deferred and he didn’t visit or do an interview.
I agree…my daughter met with the admissions counselor at her high school and did a virtual interview. We learned from our first kid who only sent in apps that demonstrated interest is important
D accepted
Dolan School of Business
1410 SAT
4.0 weighted
Bellarmine scholarship
$22K annually
Love the school but still more than we can afford.
Should have said:
We did a campus tour but no interview.
Deferred. Applied to Mechanical Engineering major.
That is shocking. Did she submit SAT/ACT scores?
Daughter deferred from nursing. 4.1 WGPA. Did not submit test scores. Toured, interviewed and attended nursing info session. Kind of a bummer as it was definitely a top contender. Congratulations to those accepted!
DD got into Fairfield direct admit BSN with Bellarmine scholarship, 22K/year. very happy!
