<p>When will they release the professor names for the Chemistry and Math sections for Fall 2010?</p>
<p>Sometimes … right before or during the first week. Seriously, just depends on when the departments get around to figuring out who’s doing what section, who’s going to be around to teach or who’s on a research sabbatical and therefore not teaching, how many sections they need open for the number of students, etc. </p>

<p>So at Preview we have to sign up for sections based on schedule without taking into account what professor we’ll be having?</p>
<p>Yeah, that’s basically how it works. You can try to switch classes after Preview when they finally post the instructors, but the classes will probably all be full. If you really want to switch your class though, you’ll just have to watch ISIS (the website that you register for classes on) and see if a spot opens up.</p>
<p>Yea, it’s not likely they’ll have the professors up by then. It’s possible, but not likely. For the intro classes like Chem 1 there isn’t a lot of variation between teachers, usually the tests are standardized.</p>
