Well I just received my admittance email today and I'm super excited.
I just wanted to start a thread to maybe get some advice from current students for me and for others who are curious :)

My first question is that in my email the international students counselor (I'm international) said that she was holding my file so that the admissions committee can decide on scholarship awarding. The email also said congratulated me on my academic success and said that scholarship information will be in my admittance package. Does this mean that they are considering whether or not to offer me a scholarship or are they considering how much of a scholarship to offer me?

If it helps here are my stats:
High school GPA: 3.37
College GPA: 4.0 (I worked my butt off!)
SAT Reading: 710
Math: 600
Writing: 670
International Freshman transfer (entering as a sophomore)
Ethnicity: Black

Thanks :D
