Fall 2014 Transfers

Did anyone get a few income + household size verification forms AND income tax transcripts required on their to-do list? I have a feeling I’m getting audited because I forgot to input my mom’s first initial and had to make a correction because of that -____-

@xxcapital Yes, my son got the same TO DO LIST Financial Aid items. We faxed the items in and they removed the items from the TO DO LIST. I think mine was triggered because I have 2 in college and they wanted to verify the amount of people in the household.

@kaislinn91 I heard they are sending them in waves, so the non impacted ones may come in after all the impacted majors. But then again i have many different people say different things! But anyways good luck and i hope you get accepted!

I’m really nervous, because I have a pretty sub par GPA (3.06 before fall grades) and I’ve heard nothing more from Pomona other than the usual login info. It just says my application is complete and it has the little green dot.

Refer to Impacted Plan generally means you’re on the waitlist.

I’ve seen some people have been getting admission statements but some are undeclared and they received them today

Transfer undeclared? I thought Cal Poly Pomona doesn’t accept undeclared transfers.

I really hope they do another wave before March ends. I dont understand how undeclared majors get accepted before impacted ones. In my opinion they should try to work through those first. I have a feeling my major is going to be last, forcing me to fully commit to CSULA before Pomona gives me a decision -__-

@xxcapital If you go on twitter and search cal poly pomona some people posted pictures of the acceptance letter which states undeclared.

@x2xcmcx2x I saw the tweet and I looked at the rest of his Twitter account… He’s a high school student, not a transfer. One of his acceptances by CSULA states hes a first-time freshmen.

Yeah only undeclared majors are freshmen which goes to show they’re still not done with freshman applicants

just fyi, undeclared is still an impacted major.

Hello Everyone,
I have been waiting and checking my Broncodirect account every single day to if I am accepted or not. I am currently at Mt. Sac right now. I applied as Civil engineering with 3.7 gpa. My current status on bronco says “referred to impacted major”.
Best luck to all of you.

I was thinking…

When CPP accepts the first batch people, they sent a request for transcripts. I’m sure there are probably a handful of applicants who didn’t turn a transcript in (a few people from my classes didn’t because they chose some other school instead)… So since that was already due and people didn’t turn their transcripts in, there could be open slots for CPP to accept more people. The question is when they will do it.

Anyone knows what “Application Completed” means? Applying as an EE Major.

SRJCEngineer - This is the only thing I can find to help with definitions. Idk if it helps you tho. Best of Luck!

@iceage1 I got accepted to SDSU. Just wanted to bash you about it lol.

When do non-impacted majors find out? They just recently asked for my Associates Verification and i have sent them in. So I am waiting for my to-do list to get cleared. I heard SDSU sent out there stuff but i didn’t apply there.

So did SFSU, got in with no problem; unfortunately CPP isn’t as fast.

BTW who got asked for their AS-T verification and is that a good sign?
