I am pretty sure most people didn’t get their result yet, many of my friends with high gpa are even pending
@penny94731 while I personally didn’t see many acceptances, that may have been the batch this year, who knows? I just don’t know why they would notify us so late and with such a huge gap of silence in between if we got accepted. No matter what I say, I still have a tiny sliver of hope, but it’s the slimmest pessimistic sliver of hope lol.

@UCboiii exactly! There is no way my friend could be rejected from UCI. He is a 4.0 student with exceptional E.C’s.
Let’s be positive until the end everyone it doesn’t make any sense if rejections already start coming out. The stats are big in comparison compared to last year!

I’m still waiting as well… Applied as a Poli-Sci major. I’m sooo nervous though. Half of my friends have already heard back and the other are still waiting. I just wish all the decisions would be out already!!!

I am still pending… even though I submitted TAG for UCI. So I am trying not to lose all hope here.
I’m a Japanese Language and Literature major with a 3.0 gpa and I applied to UCI on a whim to see if i would get accepted because my major is not impacted but have not heard back )-: also don’t know of any humanities majors getting accepted? I got accepted to UCD and CSUF but not a word from UCI. Does anyone know of any humanities majors getting accepted?

Guys, I’m in the same boat which is still pending. I just saw last years thread, and I saw people had the same situation which was still pending even it was almost May. The thing that I found out was nearly all of them got rejected on 27/28 April, and the less of them was on the waitlist. Hope you guys can do well in other school. I’m so sorry for saying that.
hi guys, obligatory long lurker here. so i was reading through the thread and someone mentioned that the drama majors came out like a few weeks ago. are there any comparative lit majors who already got accepted too? am i just part of the rejected pile ahhHH
I’m almost confident they’re done sending out acceptances. If any acceptances had to come out, they would’ve come out Friday, yesterday or today. Irvine is no Berkeley that they need to wait till the last minute to inform us.
