Fall classes

Hello,
Is class registration during new student orientation (days before first day of class), or is there something I should be doing before then?
Thank you,
Concerned Freshman

Yep, registration is during orientation. If you want to start thinking about what classes you may want to take, you can look through the Bulletin, which contains both the course catalog as well as the core requirements for the incoming class. Here’s a link to the pdf (may take a while to load, it’s kind of big): <a href=“Archive < Wake Forest University”>Archive < Wake Forest University;

Do you have access to WIN yet? If you go under Virtual Campus, you can pull up what classes will be offered during the fall semester and what ones are still open to current freshmen.

Yes, class registration is during orientation. You’ll meet with your student advisor and your faculty advisor during this time and they’ll help you with the process.

You should start making a list of classes you’d like to take and have a lot of back up classes. Chances are you won’t get all or in some cases any of the classes you want. Upperclassmen have already registered for classes and incoming freshman have the last pick. There are seats reserved in some intro/required classes though.
