I'm starting classes during the summer, and I'm scheduled for the second orientation.
I've been looking through the course search, and noticed that all the Chem classes are full for fall. I know that they sprinkle in new classes later on, but since I'm a summer admit, I'm worried that I won't get the class. I really need it for my major! Do any of you have experience in this situation? How'd it turn out?
Also, I know summer admits register for fall classes in July, but is it in early July, or the open registration period that's for all FSU students that happens in mid-July?

They add new sections all the time. Sometimes they add multiple sections at a time. You will get into the class, don’t worry. General Chemistry is one of those classes that many majors require, so they have hundreds, if not thousands, of seats available in the class. I’m pretty sure there was something like 2000 seats total in the class when I took it.
