<p>Any book on the 10th Mountain Division (I believe it's the 10th) from WWII will feature Dartmouth and Dartmouth alums prominently, as many of its alums served in the "ski corps."</p>

<p>i think some character or other in The V Club by Kate Brian was trying to get into Dartmouth. (if you haven't read that book, you absolutely should. it is fantastic, hilarious, and extremely realistic. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THE INNER FLAP SUMMARY SAYS. just trust me. the book is great for girls AND boys)</p>
<p>Sofia Coppola is wayyyy hot. Sadly, her college pop culture reference is to Yale (Charlotte from Lost in Translation was a philosophy major).</p>
<p>I can't really think of any, but I didn't know about many colleges until last year, and my pop culture cross-reference hasn't been that extensive since then.</p>
