Faster Applications

Has anyone been getting applications from schools that are giving you incentives to apply? I just got Loyola University's (IL) fast-track application. I doubt this is a huge thing or anything, but do any other schools do this? Loyola's just waives the fee and I don't have to submit an essay. Which mainly just swayed me to apply. Bah.

So, anyone else get these things? If you get one of the fast-track things, does it up your chance in getting in, or is it more based on raising their selectivity?

i got one too from Siena college, no essay or anything. You just fill out some easy informational forms and get a counselors rec. I don't know about it upping your chances..but i would think so. Will look into it.

of course it increases your chances. It means that as long as your app matches whatever they already know about you, you are in, otherwise they would want you to fill out the full one

Tulane does it.
