Favorite AP class?

I'm a high school senior and as I contemplate on my HS career, I can say I'll have had 9 APs done by the time I graduate. (Chem Calc, Physics, APush, AP Eng Lit, AP eng lang, AP world,AP gov, and AP econ.) So far I've really only enjoyed Chemistry and Calculus. Physics would have also made my list if we weren't doing such rudimentary stuff in my class. Everything else was just really boring/ uninteresting for me. AP english at my school is just timed writes and History is a bunch of notes and quizzes. I guess I am biased because I am a math/science person, so I want to know what was you're AP experience like, and what was your favorite class?

I’m only a sophomore and I’ve only taken two AP classes so far. I’m only a few weeks into AP World History and so far I think I enjoy AP Human Geography more. I think it’s because the world issues I learned in AP Human Geography (i.e. factory farming, globalization) were very interesting, whereas AP World History is all about rote memorization of facts and events. I found this surprising, though, because I expected AP World History to be very interesting…maybe its later chapters are better than the ones I’m studying right now.

Out of the seven AP classes I will have taken by end of sophomore year, I like AP chem most

I’m currently a junior, and so far I hate my current APs (Physics, Lang, Econ), but last year I really fell in love with World History. I secretly loved reading the textbook and analyzing primary sources. I never really liked history up until then, and I don’t know what changed in me.

I took AP Human Geography last year and I’m taking 3 and a half this year and my favorite class is AP World History but AP Human Geography was the most interesting.

Honestly, I really LOVE AP Calculus AB and I can’t wait to take BC. I’m kind of biased, as well, because math is my favorite subject.

I love AP Psychology and I’m just taking it this year. I just always have this curiosity of why people act the way they do. The concepts are easy to understand and my teacher makes the lessons fun and relate able.

Comp sci we had really fun projects, like making games and programming fighting robots

I really enjoy my APUSH class (not including the tests). The discussions are amazing and the teacher is great.

edit: its also my only AP class cause I’m a sophomore.

APUSH because I love history (especially American history) and it was just a really great class.

AP Psychology is definitely my top AP. I actually enjoyed taking the test we had today since it interests me so much (is that weird?). AP Lit is a great class for me, too, but that’s because I have a fantastic teacher who makes class engaging and easy to understand. English normally puts me to sleep otherwise.

My honors Psychology teacher, from a few years ago, told me that basically none of the topics in psychology were real and that it was just something to believe in. Is this true to you AP Psych people?

I’ve only completed three AP classes so far, and I got 3s on all the tests. But I’m taking four AP classes this year. I’d say that my favorite was AP Biology, but AP Chemistry might be a close second.

Ap computer science is my favorite ap. At first I hated the class, because it seemed kinda dumb, but I had a much much different opinion about the class at the end of the year.

Worst ap for me was world history. Not that I hate the subject. I do love history. It’s just that I really hated the teacher and the class.

I’m only in world and human geo (I’m a sophomore) and I absolutely love world history!!! I really dislike DBQs but I love reading about history (although some nights not really) but I absolutely love world history. People think its really dry and everyone in my class hates it, but for some reason I just love to learn about the things that have happened, and all these people! I hate human geo. Human geo is just hell. Human geo has an awful teacher. Human geo tests are unfair. Human geo is dry. Human geo is REaTRAREEEE!!!

I personally loved AP Euro. The teacher was phenomenal, and I loved learning about something other than American history.
I was looking forward to taking that class since the sixth grade, so I was so happy that it ended up being so amazing! The teacher was wonderful and how I wish my APUSH teacher was even half that great!

I’m currently in two APs and like Gov the most

I have taken 6 and I am currently taking 4. So far my favorite has been AP Microeconomics. It has changed the way I see society and I find the class super interesting and relevant.
